6. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • For monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time, but we do not provide partial refunds for unused time in the current billing period
  • For annual subscriptions: You may request a prorated refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
  • For one-time purchases: We offer a full refund within 14 days if you haven't substantially used the service

To request a refund, contact our support team with your account details and reason for the refund. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
